WHERE WE SHIP
Toronto JDM Auto Parts ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery is free within 50 km of the location holding your part — 50 Baywood Rd in Etobicoke. Orders outside that radius are shipped, and we will contact you with the shipping cost and an estimated timeline before the order goes out.

PICK-UP
You are welcome to pick your part up and look at it first. Both locations are open Monday to Friday 9:00–6:00 and Saturday 9:00–3:00. Please bring your order number and photo ID, and call ahead so we can have the part ready and confirm which location it is at.

SMALL PARTS AND LARGE PARTS
Smaller parts ship by courier. Engines, transmissions, differentials and other heavy assemblies ship as freight on a pallet or in a crate. Freight is delivered curbside, not into a garage or shop bay, and someone must be present to receive it. You will need a forklift, an engine hoist, or several people to get a crated engine off the truck — please arrange that before the delivery date. If you would rather have it delivered to your installer, give us their address and business hours when you order.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING
Check the crate, pallet and part for damage before you sign the delivery paperwork. If anything is damaged, write it on the paperwork before the driver leaves and take photos. Damage that is not noted at delivery is very difficult to claim against the carrier. Report concealed damage to us within 2 business days, with photos, and we will help you file the claim.

SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the part was shipped in error or arrived defective. See our Refund policy for full details.
